FAQ
Can't see your question? Send a message and you'll get a reply within two working days.
Yes. Most people at our events are new to it. Every session starts with a full briefing, you're guided the whole way through, and you can soften the breath or stop at any time.
Not for everyone. Conscious connected breathwork and cold exposure aren't suitable if you're pregnant or have epilepsy, a heart condition, high blood pressure, glaucoma, recent surgery, or a history of psychosis or severe mental health conditions. Please speak to your GP first if any of these apply. You'll complete a short health form before every event. [Please review this answer against your own training and insurance.]
Comfortable layers, a water bottle and an open mind. For contrast therapy, bring swimwear, a towel, a warm robe or dryrobe and sliders. Mats, blankets and eye masks are provided at breathwork and sound bath events.
